Can PO 7 talk with remote Oracle databases?

Can you have a personal oracle 7 database send data to another oracle database (like a corporate database on unix) via snapshots or other synchronization features?
And, if you can do that ...
Is it possible to distribute a bunch of PO7 databases on remote PCs and be able to keep the data in each of those databases sychronized with data in a main corporate database? I'm not sure if PO7 can talk with outside clients or servers.
