DB Monitoring Tools

I am in the process of evaluating database monitoring tools. I have looked at Patrol from BMC and at DBVision from Platinum. I am also trying to look at EcoTools from Compuware. If anyone has had any experience with any of these tools (positive or negative) I would appreciate your comments.
