EMM386 error when exiting FORMS

We are having an error "EMM386 06 at 00B8:0B47" when exiting a form (runtime). We are trying to install an IBM PC 750 for running forms 4.5. Other machines (486 clones) are running the same forms version OK.
Of course our forms guru is on vacation.
Anything special about IBM ? What sould I look for ?
