Help - Oracle 7.1 Server with PowerBuilder 4.0 EE

We need help in fixing a problem that started last week using PowerBuilder 4 running under Windows 3.1 on a Novell LAN with a UNIX Oracle 7 SQL Server.

PowerBuilder seems to run ok on each workstation except when a user attempts to build a datawindow (linked to an Oracle 7 table). The user who requests this service enters a perpetual wait (the Windows hour glass in full view). Others may continue working in Powerbuilder until/unless they attempt to build a datawindow.

If anyone has this configuration or has experienced this problem and know of a quick fix, please let us know.
