Hello ALL,
As the subject says Can you store 1/10th of a second in a DATE field? I think we can only go upto full seconds. hh24:mi:ss format. (I could be wrong). Any body has thought about this?
Our application needs to store 1/10th of a second in the DB. One way is to store that fraction in a different field. Is there any Oracle's easier way. We are using Oracle 7.1.4.1.0 on Sun Solaris 2.3.
Please send me an e-mail to srini_at_spike.cc.bellcore.com.
Thanx a lot..
