Yes. It seems to work the same way as Forms 4.0 works. That is, you run the Generator (version 4.5) and fill in the name of the .INP file, username/password/database, click on the check box for "Upgrade 3.0 Forms or 4.0 Menus" and then fill in the the version as "30".
In using the 4.5 Beta, we did have some trouble with List of Values not converting properly. In a few cases, we had to first convert to 4.0 and then from there to 4.5. Perhaps this has been fixed in the production release ? Let you know for sure when we get ours in a few weeks.
