I can highly recommend: ORACLE: The Complete Reference, Third Edition (Covers 7.7.1 and 7.2). It covers all the issues you mentioned. It is from Oracle Press (Osbourne). It costs $34.95. (I got mine at Crown Books for less.)

To run the examples you need to input a series of tables or buy the disk from the author.
