Replication Server

I am currently running 7.1.4.1.0 on a Unixware platform. I am looking to add additional machines in the same configuration. I want to use the replication server to keep the machines in sync. I am having trouble finding the documentation needed to be able to install and run the server. I will be happy with asynchronous updates.

Any tips, pitfalls, or pointers will be appreciated.
