I have the same problem as Chris. I got the file, sql2tt.exe, and replaced the existing file in my orawin\bin directory. I couldn't start ORACLE. I got the 'NO INTERFACE' error. When I put the orignal file back ORACLE would start. Is there another file I need to get? thanks
