I believe that Personnal Oracle 7 is running on a NT system. So I think you need Gupta Oracle Router and Oracle Sql*Net V2!
The router is available in Gupta product release and Sql*Net is at Oracle ! All of them are quite stable but be shure to choose Sql*Net V2.1 for Windows (V2.0 has some problems unloading some DLLs).
Actually, it's exactly the same structure as for Oracle 7.X on a Unix system !
