Well, if the SQL NET program is worth a damn it should be using WINSOCK.DLL to encapsulate the SQL transactions into TCP/IP. WINSOCK.DLL is the open interface for TCP/IP programming in Microsoft Windows, and it is not vendor specific. Therefore, if SQL NET uses WINSOCK, it shouldn't matter if your using FTP or CAMELEON or TRUMPET, ect...

The question is, does SQL NET use WINSOCK??????
