Stack overflow - Personal Oracle 7

My friend is running Personal Oracle 7 and forms4.5 (CDE2 tools) on Gateway 2000, 120 MHZ ,16 RAM ( with multimedia software ) When trying to work with forms, he gets following error "Application Error - Stack overflow". We tried increasing stacks to 64,256 in config.sys, but still the error occurs.
