Oracle Reports Problem

I am just starting to use Oracle Reports (2.5) for the first time and I am experiencing a minor problem with a report I am trying to develop.
The problem I am experiencing is only the first page of the report comes out. If remove a few columns and use the default layout (which isn't even close to the form I need), I get multiple pages. Is there something in the layout that I am not seeing that constricts the output to 1 page.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
