ODBC access problems (TCP/IP stack)

I have been using Oracle's ODBC driver to connect to Oracle (7.0.16) from a Windows PC to a unix server db. I am using SQL*Net 2 and FTP's TCP stack to connect. We will be installing Wollongong stacks soon and I need to be able to tell Oracle's driver to use the Wollongong stack rather than the FTP's.
Question is; Where is this set up? I already have one user who went from Chameleon (Newt) to TCP but Oracle's ODBCTest app is still trying to load Newt. Any ideas where this config is?
Thanks,
