SQLNET V2 for TCP/IP with WINDOWS 95 - HELP!!!

I am trying to access an oracle 7 database (remote) from my Windows 95 client PC without success. We are using sqlnet version 2 for tcpip.

I cannot seem to connect to the server using any of the tools I have installed on the client. ie: Data Browser, Forms or sqlplus. What should I specify in my oracle.ini file for TCP_VENDOR? The current setting for TCP_VENDOR is PATHWAY. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
