You cannot move the Fields of Record 2 independently of Record 1. If you select
one instance of an item, all instances are selected. If you select Field 1 (=
all instances the field), a small triangle handle appears in the middle of the
top of Field 1 in Record 1 and in the middle of the bottom of field 1 in record
n (if there are n records in the block). If you click and drag on these small
handles, the distance between the instances of the field changes (always giving
an equidistance between the instances). If you select more than one field, you
can use the handle of any of the fields to change the distance. Maybe you can't
see the small handle (as in my case sometimes), but its there!
