Re: Generating Bar codes

In the Reports Installation (in at least the default Macintosh install) you will find a demo program that prints the USPS bar codes for zip codes. This uses a call to Oracle Graphics by passing the zip code as a numeric parameter and then Graphics generates a bar code from that and passes it back. I am currently in the process of modifying this to print the standard 3 of 9 (or 39) barcode.

You could also use a barcode font, but we are wanting to keep the entire thing in Oracle.
