Stored Procedure running as USER

Most of the time allowing a stored procedure to run with the privileges of the creator of the stored procedure is OK.

However, there are a couple of procedures that I'm writing that really should run with the privileges of the end user who has the database open.

There is a note in the dmbs_sql package that states:

   "The operations provided by this package are performed under the     current calling user, not under the package owner...."

So, how does one create their package to do this?
