Oracle forms is positioned as the Enterprise Wide development tool. It has hooks into CASE and Version control and is geared for multi-developer use. OPO on the other hand is VB like, and geared towards departmental, work group type appliations. Typically 1-3 developer teams. OPO is a lot easier to get up to speed and be productive. Forms offers a lot more bu takes time to get proficient. I persoanlly feel OPO is going to evolve into an enterprise wide tool over the next couple of years, because developer's are going to demand it. Received on Mon Jun 26 1995 - 00:00:00 CEST
