Can I copy data changing the key.

Frequently I have users that want to add data to a table that is very similar to data that is on the table already. They want to "copy all the Part data to a new part_num." I would like to copy all the columns for rows that meet search criteria, but would like to change, say the key-field, part_num. I would like to be able to do this without specifying the column-names.Can I do this with some kind of wild card? In this way, if new columns are added to the table, they will be copied as well.
