This may not be what you want, but anyway.

In your resource file for the chosen device:

	'Device' 'Attribute'	For one of the device video attribute names
				set the physical terminal sequence to produce
				desired highlighting.

Then for a chosen produce:

	'Mapping' 'Attribute'	Assign this device video attribute name to
				product attribute Field-fail-validation.

	Check what else this video attribute is assigned to, you may want to
	reassign.
