ODBC and SqlNet.V2 for MSWindoze

Does anyone know where I can find ODBC drivers for Oracle7, SqlNet V.2
for MSWindoze 3.11 ? I found one for Oracle6 somewhere on the net. I've
been trying ftp.microsoft.com but the response time is pathetic. Also,
is there such a beast (ODBC) for the MacIntosh somewhere in free software
land ? I'm a Unix bigot, so I don't know squat about Macs and PCs, 
therefore any help would be appreciated muchly.
