You may be SOL. I understand that there are techniques for recreating the control file (I have never used them, but I understand that it is possible). But, if you lost your log files then your stuck. You will have to recreate the  database from scratch. A recent full export would be quite useful right about now.

BTW: as a general rule you ALWAYS backip your control file and you should replicate the control file to one or two other disks, if possible. (use the ALTER DATABASE command to add control file duplicates.)
