Bzzzzt - Wrong !

A somewhat smarter tech support person asks the customer to free up ~40-50 megs on some server volume and copy the netware directory from the CD onto the server and stage the install from there.

And if you do not have a CDROM anywhere on the network then - well it's tough !! But we do have version 7.0 on diskette :-)
