Real Oracle programmers use ... what?

We've started enquiring about SQR as a possible replacement or addition to our existing range of Oracle development tools (currently version 6 based).

So we were wondering what 3rd party tools other people used, and how well they compared. We're specifically after the sorts of things that normally require programmers to use them, since we've already got front-end query tools for the normal users to examine the database. We're looking for things of a similar sort of level as ReportWriter, PRO*C, RPT (for its sins...) and so forth.
