Upgrade v6.37 to 7.1 on HP-UX 9.0

We are contemplating a version 6.37 to 7.1 Oracle upgrade on the HPUX 9.0 platform - in fact we have no choice with 6 being desupported.

Anybody got any pitfalls, war stories etc , particularly for the HP platform ? I know of the PRO*C and the fetching of null values issue. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
