Just a few questions,

Is 3.11 still supported, try at least 3.12?

If you have more that 16Meg of memory, you might have to load your adaptech disk drive device drivers/software below the 16M line, this is a known problem

Also ensure that you have the latest drivers for your hardware, this has been known to solve some of our problems

Oracle7 7.1.4 for Netware is available, could you consider an upgrade?
