Export/Import is slower than cold/hot backup/restore, however, there is usually room for both backup methods in most shops. Export/Import is particularly useful when you wish to restore a single table - usually through someone having accidentally dropped the original. Received on Tue Jun 06 1995 - 00:00:00 CEST
