Hi Guys,

I got a problem with VB3 and ODBC. I can read any user table but when I specify a system table in the "record source" property of the datacontrol (like DBA_TABLES) it connects to oracle and return the message "couldn't find input table SYS.DBA_TABLES" . I am using VB3 under windows NT 3.5 with ODBC drivers to ORACLE 7.1.4 on Unix . If i use Microsoft Query or ODBCTST (with the same userid/password combination) I can access the system tables . What am i doing wrong ?

Thanks in advance
