Power Objects Question

Does anyone know how to use an embedded form? I've tried lots of permutations of properties on an embedded form object and on the form that I want to embed, but I can't figure it out. There don't seem to be any instructions or examples in any of the docs. (I'm using Mac version DR/1.)
