Yes, we have found the same behavior. This is a "problem" that Oracle
knows about. There is a TAR in their database, but I don't have the
number with me.
Just one suggestion - take all your documentation out of your package.
This may reduce the size under the 32K limit. The only other suggestion
is to make many small packages. Good Luck!
