Oracle currently does not have a function to "expire" passwords. There may be some third-party products out there which will do what you need, especially security packages. And, it might be possible to write your own scripts to periodically go through the dba_users table and check for a time (which would have to be kept in a separate table) of expiration. Then, you could blow away the user's password if the time has expired. It would be nice if you could sent the user a warning, but I'm not sure how you would handle that.
