oraperl, ora_fetch doesn't recognize array context

We have compiled "oraperl" for AIX 3.2.3 and in doing some quick tests discovered the following. "ora_fetch" always thinks it is being called in a scaler context, it never recognizes an array context. I have put "printf's" into the source in oracle.c, and "curcsv->wantarray" is always equal to "0", regardless of which context "ora_fetch" is called in. Has anyone else encountered something similar and have a quick fix? We are using perl 4.036, and "make test" reports no errors. "make test" for oraperl works as well.
