Contact BMC Software , Alex Fernandez is my contact there. Their number is 800-841-2031. They are located in Houston Texas and we just got their product in that does just this type of incremental backup for Oracle and Sybase. We have asked them to port it to Informix and Ingres and they have acknowledged they will be porting to other databases in the future.
