CDE2/Developer2000 OOP question

Question.. I'd heard alot about how CDE2 was going to take object orientation to the extreme, and would blow away the competition. I've been looking at it, but all I can find that even comes close is object property inheritance. is that it?

I did a search of the docs for the words constructor, descructor, encapsulation, and polymorphism but found nothing.

any ideas?
