obackup

The Oracle Parallel Backup/Restore Utility - obackup allows ORACLE 7 database data to be backed-up by products such as Legato NetWorker. According to the Legato FAQ it's bundled with ORACLE 7.1 at no extra charge. Our local ORACLE DBA has just installed ORACLE 7.1.4 but obackup isn't there.

Should it be and/or how do I get it?
