Timing's pretty good. A sales brochure just crossed my desk. I have a
quick and dirty task in mind. The problem: We don't have a mid-tier
(i.e. HPUX development platform) in place. The need: take MVS data,
ftp to HPUX (data includes a BLOB) and update/insert into an Oracle
7.0.16 database (the actual updates will be to several Oracle data
structures comprising the "transaction."
The Question: (1) can this be handled by SQR (2) how easily and (3) can
SQR call PL/SQL blocks ?
