yes, i use trumpet using sqlnet 1.x and sqlnet 2.x without any problems. an ora-6120 can means lots of things, but first check that you have \windows\vsl.ini in place, and that \windows\oracle.ini contains the TCP_VENDOR=WINSOCK line.
