I may not have a solution to this, but I had exactly the same problem: SQLPlus, Report, Graph, Browser all worked but not OBDC.

That was using PC-NFS. Then I tried on a PC (connected to the same host) using WfW TCP/IP 32, not expecting it to work. Well it did and did so easily.

I use SQORA7.DLL version 1.10.0000 (1/11/94 4:54:44pm). My SQL*Net connect string is 'T:deep:b' - where 'deep' is the server name and 'b' is the database instance name. ODBC.DLL 1.05.1110 11/11/93. I got the ODBC driver off ftp.oracle.com (Personal Oracle). I am using Access 2.0.
