Does Oracle workgroup and financials support MAPI?

Hi,
Does anyone know if Oracle Financials or Oracle workgroup support MAPI? Or if there are other ways to achieve the same purpose? What I am trying to do is by sending the data/form thru e-mail to different parties. And will need to extract the info. from the mail. This would be done on the PC Window platform and the mail system is MHS mail/ MS mail.
Any comments/ suggestions are greatly appreciated!
