Granting resource on TS to PUBLIC?

I know this may sound stupid but how does one go about (easily) granting everyone (current and future users) resource on a tablespace?

Eg GRANT RESOURCE ON MY_TABLESPACE to PUBLIC

I could create a script to generate a script to grant UNLIMITED QUATA on the tablespace to individual users but that means I will have to do it everytime for a new user.

Any idea?
