In V6, you need to use CRT. This is a SQL*Forms application, usually under the "crt" directory on most systems. See your IUG for information on how to use it.
In V7, there's no way to change the terminal definition or write a new one, I'm afraid; you can only use the terminals found in sqldba/admin/terminal*.res ,...
