Monika,
I would suggest that you pull down the latest ORAWIN7 driver from Compuserve (GO ORACLE, in ODBC section of their library). I believe the most recent is from 01/95.
If you still have problems, get in touch with me and let me know the specific error message, along with the Unix box, OS, etc.
