You will need to set your $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/sqlnet.ora file
and modfy the following line from
sqlnet.expire_time = 2147483647
to
sqlnet.expire_time = <new minutes>
You will also need to set this on your PC as well and if the values are different, SQL*Net will negotiate an agreed value.
