The warnings (422) you've got above wont bother Oracle any! There only compiler options to do with optimization. The code WILL be still OK.
As for the wrong lib files for a HP system, on ours the libs are
located in /usr/lib/X11R5.
You can either
- Copy the libX11.* and libXt.* to /usr/lib/X11
- Amend the "makefile" ($ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib/oracle.mk) to point to /usr/lib/X11R5
