Manually Replicating a Database

I have two machines that are using the same stand-alone Oracle database.  In the past, one machine was the master database and the other machine a snapshot database. Recently, somebody decided to make life difficult. Both machines are processing data that the other machine needs to know about. Worst, nobody want to pay to network them and other things that will make life easy. I'm afraid, I'm forced into floppy disk replication.

OK, How do I update the two Oracle 6 databases so that both databases are current. To make life simple, Let's just talk about a table (Unless the EXP program can be used somehow).
