The simple answer is to acknowledge the message :)
The reason Forms wants you to acknowledge the message is so it can display another one. The way to avoid the "Please acknowledge message" message is to only produce one of the other two messages (ie. either don't generate the message preceding "Please acknowledge", or the one which immediately follows it).
