yes.... sometimes.
It's sad but one of our users has installed a case package using a sybase database for it's dictionary. Both servers ran well, except for the memory problem (Sybase really took too much !!!!!!!! :-)). We got around that by starting Sybase when the case tool is startet and shutting it down afterwards (in the hope that only this one user will ever use that tool :-))

the only problem is having enough main memory for not running into paging/swapping.
(Oh, I forgot: We are running a Sparc 20 with Solaris 2.4)
