Re: Pro*C executable

According to the Release notes for HP 9000 - 7.1.4 ...

 "This release of Oracle Server contains the shared library liboracle.sl located in $ORACLE_HOME/lib directory. You can use this library when linling Pro*C and XA client programs, instead of the libxa.a, libsql.a, libora.a, libcvg.a and libnlsrtl.a archive libraries."

We have not tried it though. Our servers are SunSPARCS but we have lots of Pro*C code running on HPs . I have not found the same for Sun/Solaris.

 It seems that the guys doing the port to HP are better than the others...;-)
