It looks now as if this particular problem may have been a problem with our installation of the Reports product, which is the product we were trying to run. We can't seem to get any of our Reports products to run now, including the Designer, and it appears that something may have been left out of the installation. Therefore, this particular problem is apparently not due to the Forms 4.0.13 upgrade.
